CANNABIS EDIBLE INFORMED CONSENT & WAIVER

1. Acknowledgment of Effects

I understand that cannabis edibles:

• Delayed Onset: Can take between 30 minutes to 2 hours to take effect. I agree to wait at least 2 hours before consuming more.

• Duration: May produce effects that last significantly longer than inhaled cannabis (often 6–12 hours).

• Potency: Can be more intense than other forms of consumption due to how the liver processes THC.

2. Health & Safety Warnings

• Impairment: I will not operate heavy machinery or motor vehicles after consumption.

• Health: I have consulted with a physician (if applicable) and confirm I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Interaction: I understand that mixing edibles with alcohol or other controlled substances can cause unpredictable and dangerous reactions.

3. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the consumption of cannabis edibles, including but not limited to: dizziness, anxiety, rapid heart rate, or temporary impairment of cognitive and motor functions.

4. Release of Liability
